Six hours west of Kampala (the capital of Uganda) is an area that houses refugees from several neighboring countries: Congo, South Sudan, Rwanda and Sudan. 

Here, in the Rwamwanja Refugee Settlement, 100,000+ people have sought refuge from unstable + dangerous environments. This is where many now call home, and where we serve thousands upon thousands of women + children. 

We have built and operate a Children's Home for refugee orphans as well as a Christian Primary School. Both called Salt +Light.
